Integritetspolicy
Rink Statistik (”appen”) är en app för att registrera och analysera ishockeystatistik. Den här policyn beskriver vilka personuppgifter som samlas in, varför, och vilka rättigheter du har.

Uppgifter som samlas in

Appen innehåller ingen reklam, ingen spårning över andra appar eller webbplatser, och inga analys- eller reklam-SDK:er. Ingen data säljs eller delas för marknadsföring.
Var uppgifterna lagras
Uppgifterna lagras i Microsoft Azure (SQL-databas och webbapp) i regionen Västeuropa (Nederländerna). All trafik mellan appen och servern går krypterad över HTTPS. Inloggningstoken sparas lokalt på din enhet i iOS Keychain.
Underbiträden och tredje parter
- Microsoft Azure – drift och lagring (EU).
- Apple – Logga in med Apple samt köp och förnyelse av prenumerationen. Betalningen sker hos Apple; vi tar aldrig emot betalkortsuppgifter.
- Anthropic (Claude) – används endast när du själv begär en AI-rapport. Då skickas din matchstatistik och din frågeställning till Anthropics API för att generera texten. Din e-postadress skickas inte med. Använder du inte AI-rapporter lämnar ingen data appens egen server.
- E-postleverantör – skickar verifieringskoden vid registrering.
Laglig grund
Behandlingen sker för att kunna fullgöra avtalet med dig (kontot och prenumerationen) enligt artikel 6.1 b GDPR, och i vissa fall för att uppfylla rättsliga förpliktelser som bokföring av köp.
Lagringstid
Uppgifterna sparas så länge kontot finns. Raderar du kontot tas e-postadress, profil, säsonger, matcher och händelser bort permanent och omedelbart. Ofullständiga registreringar (e-post som aldrig verifierats) rensas automatiskt.
Radera ditt konto
I appen: Profil → Radera konto. Kontot och all din data tas bort direkt och går inte att återskapa. Observera att en pågående prenumeration inte avslutas automatiskt av raderingen – den säger du upp i Inställningar → ditt namn → Prenumerationer på din iPhone. Du kan också be oss radera kontot via andreas@polr.se.
Dina rättigheter
Du har rätt till tillgång, rättelse, radering, begränsning och dataportabilitet, samt rätt att klaga hos Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY). Kontakta andreas@polr.se så svarar vi inom 30 dagar.
Barn
Appen riktar sig inte till barn under 13 år och samlar inte medvetet in uppgifter om dem.
Ändringar
Ändras policyn uppdateras datumet överst. Väsentliga ändringar meddelas i appen eller via e-post.
Privacy Policy
Rink Statistics (“the app”) records and analyses ice hockey statistics. This policy explains what personal data is collected, why, and what rights you have.

Data we collect

The app contains no advertising, no tracking across other apps or websites, and no analytics or advertising SDKs. No data is sold or shared for marketing.
Where data is stored
Data is stored in Microsoft Azure (SQL database and web app) in the West Europe region (Netherlands). All traffic between app and server is encrypted over HTTPS. Your sign-in token is stored locally on your device in the iOS Keychain.
Processors and third parties
- Microsoft Azure – hosting and storage (EU).
- Apple – Sign in with Apple, and purchase and renewal of the subscription. Payment happens at Apple; we never receive card details.
- Anthropic (Claude) – used only when you request an AI report. Your match statistics and your question are then sent to Anthropic’s API to generate the text. Your email address is not included. If you never use AI reports, no data leaves our own server.
- Email provider – delivers the verification code at registration.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to perform our contract with you (your account and subscription) under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), and in some cases to meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping of purchases.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes your email address, profile, seasons, matches and events. Incomplete registrations (never-verified emails) are purged automatically.
Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. The account and all of your data are removed immediately and cannot be restored. Note that deletion does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it under Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. You can also ask us to delete the account at andreas@polr.se.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Contact andreas@polr.se and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data about them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. Material changes are announced in the app or by email.
